Monica Hammond has performed both in New York City and regionally. She is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts where she studied at The Atlantic Theatre Company Acting School, Trinity College in Dublin and at the Stonestreet Institute for Film and Television. Monica also has training in improv and sketch comedy from the Uprights Citizens Brigade. Monica's recent theater credits include productions at Theatre Row, The Tank, The Connelly, Williamstown Theatre Festival, The Hangar Theater, NYU's Skirball Center, Columbia University, WOW, MTC, The Public and the Atlantic Theatre Company Second Stage. She has spent past summers as a member of the LAB Company at The Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, and at The Williamstown Theatre Festival. Monica has made TV appearances on the TODAY Show for Teen Vogue, ABC in a promo opposite Tim Gunn, "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations" and on"Celebrity Ghost Stories" as Carrie Fisher. BFA: NYU.
